Shipping & Returns

Delivery advice 
We respect your confidentiality. All orders are discretely packaged in plain outer packaging (brown or white padded envelopes or boxes) with no company advertising or logos. There is a discrete return address on the front of the parcel under your address or alternatively on the reverse. 

With 3 Royal Mail collections each day, we believe we offer the best change of a speedy UK delivery available. Please advise us immediately of any address corrections, as we pick, pack and post orders fast to get the goods to you without delay. 

All our UK deliveries are shipped by either first class standard delivery or first class recorded delivery. Royal mail 1st class signed for service will require a signature upon arrival. This service is a trackable service but is not a guarantee of next day delivery. If you opt for first class standard delivery please be aware that that the parcel is not covered if lost and we can only claim upto £20.

Delivery costs 
We have tried to keep our delivery charges to a minimum, only charging you once for your chosen product. Any further items you purchase in addition to this will be delivered FREE of charge.

UK Orders 
We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available after you order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 7 working days (as a guide) for UK delivery (and longer when seasonal pressures slow the Royal Mail service such as Christmas and over bank holidays). 

International Orders 
Delivery and Invoicing details must match for us to accept your order. Please give a LAND telephone contact number for office hrs. Please allow up to 28 days for standard international delivery. 

Orders not received within 14 days for UK & 28 days for international should be notified by via our contact us form with details of your product purchased and PayPal transaction number, alternatively E-mail 


CORONA VIRUS and Shipping

Please be aware that with CORONA virus all workforces are operating on reduced staffing levels and this will impact the shipping times. Therefore the shipping time scales here may vary, therefore we ask that you order ahead of time for any kits and be aware that the shipping may indeed take longer than the provided times

CHECK YOUR E-MAIL Please ensure you use a valid and current e-mail address when ordering, as you will receive all confirmation and reference numbers relating to your purchase by e-mail. Retain these details until your order has been delivered and checked, and please quote these in any correspondence to us regarding your order. 

Returning Unwanted Goods-No Quibble Returns 
We offer a no quibble 28 days returns policy if you change your mind or your circumstances change. 
Unopened items may be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Please note that, once opened and or used, products cannot be returned to us unless the product is faulty.

When we refund an item, the postage costs will be deducted from the original amount paid. Please note that the postage paid for sending your item may be more than the postage stated on the website. This includes the postage if the item ontained the level required for free shipping we have still had to pay this and it would therefore still be deduced.

Returning Faulty Goods 
Any faulty goods will of course be replaced by us under the relevant warranty 
Please contact us for advice on returning any faulty goods. 

Message credit refunds
Refunds will only be given if no message credits have been used. No partial refunds of message credits are given.

Premium membership refunds
Recurring payments for monthly premium membership may be cancelled after a period of 3 months. Annual membership payments will be charged a minimum of 3 monthly payments if the membership is cancelled within 3 months. If the membership is cancelled after 3 months, no partial refunds will be given.

Cancelling Premium membership or your account

Please note that closing down your account will not automatically cease payments for the premium membership. Please cancel Premium membership from within your profile before closing down your account. If in doubt please contact Pride Angel.

Refunds when payment is made via Stripe

Beginning May 1, 2020 Stripe payment system will no longer refund fees when we refund a customer, in line with their current pricing. There are no additional fees to issue a refund, but fees from the original payment will not be returned.
